Shipping Information

Cost

If you spend £100 ex VAT with us, shipping to the UK mainland is free of charge.

Otherwise, the shipping cost is calculated automatically by the shopping cart. Simply add items to your cart, then click on the cart icon. Select your country and region at the top of the page to display the correct shipping cost.

United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail to ship most items. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Internationally

For overseas orders, we use a Royal Mail tracked international shipping service, provided the packed weight is less than 2kg. To ship larger orders with Royal Mail, you can optionally split your order up into smaller orders, each below the 2kg threshold.

Otherwise, for orders over 2kg in weight we use an international courier such as UPS, DPD or TNT. If your postcode is classified as a remote area by the courier, you will be required to pay an additional £15+VAT remote area surcharge. This will be billed separately.

The shopping cart will only add VAT if you are located within the United Kingdom VAT zone.

Please be aware that you may be required to pay customs charges, import duties and other local taxes to the delivery company before you are able to receive your package.

The exchange rate conversion from GBP to your currency is taken care of by our payment processor as you go through the checkout process. We're not involved in setting this rate.
