Quality

Thanks to the marking of all PB Swiss Tools with a serial number, PB Swiss Tools can trace their manufacture right back to the raw materials. If you want, you can check your tool by entering its serial number here. This shows the date of final quality control. The database reaches back to the year 1992.

Guarantee

PB Swiss Tools grant a lifetime warranty* on material and manufacturing defects. Defective parts that have not been rendered defective through improper use or natural wear will be replaced free of charge with similar or equal products. Any additional indemnification will be strictly denied.

For tools and instruments with limited service life, no "lifetime warranty" can be guaranteed (e.g. electronic torque handles and instruments supplied in a sterile condition). MecaTorque and DigiTorque torque screwdrivers feature a 3-year warranty starting with the purchase date.

*Some countries may limit the time period of a "lifetime warranty" due to national regulatory rules.
